SE Saltillo, 7000’ (AMNH). Redescription . Female : fully winged; length 4.3–4.8 mm . Head, antenna and prothorax testaceous-reddish (in specimen from Mexico , Amecameca, vertex of head with one black spot); rest of mesosoma black; metasoma brown-reddish; legs testaceous-reddish or brown-testaceous. In specimen from Mexico , 5 km SW Huajumbaro, head black, except mandible, clypeus and anterior margin of face testaceous-reddish; antenna brown-testaceous; mesosoma black, except prothorax testaceous-reddish; metasoma brown, except anterior third testaceous; legs brown-testaceous. Antenna clavate; antennal segments in following proportions: 11:8:35:19:16:13:11:9:9:12. Head swollen, dull, reticulate rugose; frontal line complete, hardly visible and very thin in holotype , more distinct in other specimens; occipital carina complete; temple very prominent; holotype with POL shorter than OL. Head of specimen from Mexico , Amecameca, with POL = 4; OL = 2; OOL = 10; OPL = 1; TL = 5; greatest breadth of posterior ocelli about as long as OL. Pronotum dull, granulated, crossed by two transverse impressions, anterior one weak and posterior one strong; disc humped; posterior collar distinct; pronotal tubercle not reaching tegula. Scutum dull, granulated, reticulate rugose on lateral regions and near posterior margin. In specimen from Mexico , 5 km SW Huajumbaro, scutum completely reticulate rugose. Notauli almost complete, almost reaching posterior margin of scutum. Scutellum and metanotum dull, granulated. In specimen from Mexico , 5 km SW Huajumbaro, metanotum with anterior half rugose and posterior half unsculptured. Propodeum reticulate rugose, without longitudinal keels on posterior surface. Forewing with two dark transverse bands; distal part of stigmal vein much longer than proximal part (22:8). Protarsal segment 1 of holotype about twice as long as segment 4. Segment 3 of protarsus produced into hook. In specimen from Mexico , Amecameca, protarsal segments in following proportions: 22:2.5:4:12:18. Enlarged claw spatulate ( Fig. 10 ), with one strong subapical tooth and one row of four-six very long lamellae (five in holotype ). Segment 5 of protarsus ( Fig. 10 ) with three rows of approximately 36 lamellae (among which two-seven lamellae longer than others) extending continuously to distal apex. Tibial spurs 1/1/2. Male.
