Species complex 3: “
lopezfei
”
This species complex gathers the new species described below, provisionally ascribed to the genus
Hemicyclopora
, and
Escharella lopezfei
Souto, Berning & Ostrovsky, 2016
. Both share many features, except for the number of spines in ovicellate zooids and the lack of a lyrula in the new species.
