Efferia haloesa is distinguished by the characters in the key and the combined char- acters of the terminalia (Fig. 27-29, reillustrated from Farr 1965 ), especially the somewhat pointed apex of the epandrium, long relatively dense setae of the gonocoxite, and wide abruptly angular aedeagus.
