Condition
. Each body part is visible and chaetotaxies of idiosoma, gnathosoma, palps, and legs are almost recognizable.
Type
˂: Idiosoma length 570, width 390; gnathosoma length 160, width 110.
Remarks
.ɹThis species has not been properly described. Nevertheless, the species name,
Copidognathus beringiensis
, was given on page
166 in
the list of animal species from the intertidal zone of eastern
Kamchatka
and the western coast of the Bering Sea (
Makarova, 1978
). The specimen number given on the glass slide cannot be found in any papers by Dr. Makarova.
