Figs 1 K–L, 3L, 8A–G. Colouration and structure as in generic description. Forewing 2.4x as long as wide. Hind wings absent. Male genitalia . Pygofer dorsal margin concave in posterior 0.66, posterior margin in dorsal 0.66 almost straight and slightly posteriorly produced compared to ventral 0.33. Subgenital plates held vertically, of uniform width with apex conically rounded. Style with anterior part shorter than posterior, apex curved laterally and expanded into bilobed structure, proximal lobe pointed and directed anteriorly and distal lobe directed posteriorly. Connective with arms and stem subequal in length, stem with apex broadened, anteromedial lobe absent. Aedeagus with well-developed dorsal apodeme, with subapical ventral prong-like projection, lateral angles of shaft projected into thin long overlapping processes in dorsal view, gonopore apical. Sternite of segment X produced into very elongate ventral and anterior projections. Measurements . Male 3.6 mm long, 1.3 mm wide across eyes and 1.1 mm wide across posterolateral angles of pronotum. Material examined . Holotype , INDIA : Karnataka : 4 km Sirsi, 567m , 14 o 63’N, 74 o 98’E, 20.xi.2012 , Sweep net, A.N. Reddy (UASB). Etymology . The species name alludes to the type locality where the holotype was collected. Remarks . D. sirsiensis sp. nov . closely resembles D. robustus sp. nov . and D. sudindicus sp. nov . in the structure of the male genitalia and can be distinguished by the long apical processes of the aedeagal shaft, peculiar apex of apophysis of the style and much elongated ventral and anterior projections of sternite X.
