The interpretation of some Conopidae (Diptera) described by RobineauDesvoidy Author Stuke, Jens-Hermann Author Clements, David K. text Zootaxa 2005 886 1 12 journal article 10.5281/zenodo.170914 de030dcc-8f78-4d62-b81e-2a49361f55cc 11755326 170914 " Occemya meigeni R. D." A female of Thecophora atra (Fabricius, 1775) . The specimen is well preserved apart from lacking the right middle leg and the right wing. The specimen bears the following labels: (1) " O . / meigeni / ɗ / coll. Big." [round, white label]; (2) " Occemya / meigeni R. D." [lightblue label]; (3) " Syntypus " [printed]. This specimen was determined and labelled by RobineauDesvoidy and is evidently a syntype of Occemya meigeni RobineauDesvoidy, 1853 : 135 136. Since this specimen appears to be the only known syntype of Occemya meigeni it is herewith designated lectotype and the following label has been added: " Lectotypus / Occemya meigeni / Robineau Desvoidy, 1853 / des. Stuke & Clements, 2005" [red label, printed]. The synonymy with Thecophora atra (Fabricius, 1775) proposed by Chvála & Smith (1988) is supported.
