Distribution.
This species is one of the most widespread among those found in Iranian caves. It has a Transpalaearctic range, from the Iberian Peninsula (
Nentwig
et al
. 2023
) to the Russian Far East (
Mikhailov 2013
). Both the species and genus are new to
Iran
.
