Pteronemobius sanaco Otte & Perez-Gelabert, 2009 : 111 . Type material. Holotype : Belize , Sittee River , coastal forest, 1 male , ii.1995 ( D. Otte ), ANSP . Type locality. Holotype : Belize , Sittee river , coastal forest. Remark. Pteronemobius sanaco is mostly characterized by its coloration pattern, TIII spurs, and size. The photos of male genitalia given by Otte & Perez-Gelabert (2009) , although not of optimal quality, clearly show the distinctive characters of Hygronemobius as defined by Desutter-Grandcolas (1993) , namely the hemispherical shape of ectophallic fold and the divergent and ventrally oriented membranous distal lophi of pseudepiphallus ( Otte & Perez-Gelabert, 2009, Fig. 83G ). These traits unambiguously reveal that P. s a na c o belongs to Hygronemobius . We consequently propose this recombination.
