Etymology: In reference to the town predominantly cited on
type
specimen labels.
Females.—Color: Orange but black near ocelli, flagellum brown but often orange basally. Length excluding ovipositor: approximately 2.7–3.4. Head: Occipital carina incomplete medially; lateral eye/gena 1.8–2.2; transverse head/face 2.8–2.9; flagellum length 2.4–2.8, number of flagellomeres 23–25; first flagellomere/second 1.0–1.2; face smooth but for setal insertions; clypeus subtriangular, rarely suboval; length of last four maxillary palpomeres/fore femur length 0.70–0.82. Mesosoma: Subanterior pronotum often carinate, center rugulose in lateral view, mostly smooth elsewhere; number of setae along widest transverse line of anterior lobe approximately 18; notaulus foveate, joined at approximately posterior 1/2 to 1/4 of mesoscutum; longitudinal carina on the posterior mesoscutum absent; lateral mesonotal lobes glabrous but for fringe, rarely scattered setae centrally; C+SC+R length 1.1–1.3; stigma length/R1 1.6–1.9; fore wing RS a shallow arch; sternaulus formed by fovea extending diagonally dorso-anteriorly to postero-ventrally, expanded ventrally at midlength, often continues horizontally to propodeum; propodeum areolate-rugose, median groove shallow to moderate; outline of propodeum in lateral view convex; setae of hind femur less than half maximum femur width; hind tibia less than C+SC+R. Metasoma: Petiole striate; subbasal petiole with mild carinae dorso-laterally or rounded; petiole length/posterior width 2.9–3.3; terga 2 + 3 length 0.50–0.64; sheath length 0.75–0.90, sheath/C+SC+R 0.67–0.75.
Males differ from females by the following: length approximately 2.5–3.0; C+SC+R length 1.0–1.2; flagellum length 3.0–3.4, number of flagellomeres 27–29; lateral eye/gena 1.3–1.7; transverse head/face 2.0–2.2; petiole length/posterior width 2.4–2.7; clypeus suboval.
