ETYMOLOGY: The specific name is a noun in apposition taken from the
type
locality.
DIAGNOSIS: Females of this species can easily be recognized by the oblique anterolateral epigynal margins (fig. 580).
MALE: Unknown.
FEMALE: Total length 5.7. Abdominal dorsum gray with posterior chevrons and oblique lines composed of small pale patches. Leg spination: tibiae: III p000, v001p, r000; IV p000, v1p21p; metatarsi: III v000; IV v200. Epigynum with transverse anterior and oblique anterolateral margins (fig. 580); median ducts enlarged, translucent (fig. 581).
