Diagnosis.
This species is superficially similar to
A. fabriciella
Swerderus, 1787
, but it can be distinguished by the following characters: frequently more than 40 white dots on the forewing; a comb-like spinose on socii and apex of uncus larger and slenderer respectively; costa of valva without protrusion; corpus bursae without conspicuous pleats, signum smaller than that of
A. fabriciella
(refer to
Sohn & Wu 2013
).
