Cavelerie, 1908 u. 1913”. Comments . Since the original description and until recently, this species was known only from female specimens. It has been mentioned in 11 taxonomic publications. Xysticus sicus is known from Tibet, Sichuan ( type locality), Qinghai, Shaanxi ( China ), Korea and Maritime Province of Russia ( Song et al. 1999 ; Marusik & Koponen 2000 ; Platnick 2014 ).
