Description
(

): Small oval light beetle. Elytron thin, wing venation visible as loop at base of oblongum. Maximum body width situated at level of middle of metacoxal plates. Mesocoxae rounded. Metacoxal plate 3.3 times as long as lateral lobe of metaventrite (LC/LV = 3.3). Metacoxal processes rounded, slightly elevated above metacoxal plates.

Comparison
: The new species differs from
C. latipes

in the smaller body length and width and shorter lateral lobe of the metaventrite and metacoxal processes.
