Revised diagnosis.
Female. Body length ~4.0 mm. Head as long as wide. Frons strongly coriaceous.Mandible tridentate. Clypeus with median lobe outcurved, lateral lobe reduced. Antenna with pedicel with apex dilated, longer than flagellomere I. Eye located far from mandibular base, glabrous, elongated in lateral view, bulging in dorsal view. Frontal line distinct. Ocelli conspicuous. Anterior ocellus posterior to supra-ocular line. Dorsal pronotal area longer than mesoscutellum, strongly coriaceous. Posterior pronotal sulcus present. Notaulus short as stub and very weak, virtually absent. Parapsidal signum present. Mesoscuto-scutellar suture with sulcus incurved medially. Mesopleuron without lower mesopleural fovea. Forewing with 2r-rs&Rs vein long and tubular. Mesotibia not spinose. Metapectal-propodeal disc long, not touching posterior margin of anteromesoscutum; transverse anterior carina straight; metapostnotal median carina complete, not extending posteriorly; transverse posterior carina straight. Tarsal claw simple. Metasoma polished.
