Key to the adults of known species of
Licneremaeus
of the world
Bomfim
et al
. (2017)
provided a key to the genus
Licneremaeus
but this key shows a minor mistake. They includ-ed
L. novus
along with the group of mites having 13 pairs of notogastral setae, but they have 12 pairs of notogastral setae only. Therefore, we corrected this mistake and updated the key with the present newly described species.
