General color yellow to yellowish green. First antennal segment, post-ocular stripe and basal angles of scutellum fuscous to black. Two spots on apical angle of corium, apex of cuneus, veins of membrane fuscous to black. Two spots on corium near corial commissure and two spots near apex of cuneus at membrane pale. Hemelytral setae with dark spots at bases on clavus only. Length 3.25–3.75 mm . Host. Tobacco , Nicotiana tabacum L. [ Solanaceae ] ( Ferreira et al. , 2001 ). Distribution. Brazil (Goias, Mato Grosso), Cuba , Mexico , Paraguay , Puerto Rico ( Carvalho, 1958 ); Colombia ( Carvalho and Afonso, 1977 ).
