Remarks. With the discovery of E . primus in New Caledonia this genus is recorded in this region for the first time. Furthermore New Caledonia is the third region in the Indo-Pacific where the subgenus Zuhalia Koçak & Hüseyinoğlu, 2008 occurs. The distribution of Zuhalia was previously restricted to Papua New Guinea with four species (Mohrig 2004) and the Seychelles with one species (Menzel & Smith 2007). Distribution. Known from Papua New Guinea (Gulf Province). New to New Caledonia .
