DISTRIBUTION. — Endémique du Vanuatu : îles Malekula, Erromanga, Epi, Santo, Banks (Vanua Lava) ( Cheesman & Perkins 1939 ). DIAGNOSE. — Grande espèce ( 7-8 mm ), à reflets métalliques bleu vert; tête aussi longue que large; vertex strié; mesonotum densément ponctué, les points égaux aux interpoints. REMARQUE Observé sur fleurs d’ Ipomoea pes-caprae , Wedelia sp. et Carica papaya . Niche dans les bambous ( Cheesman & Perkins 1939 ).
