This species is diagnosed by the last sternite being distinctly dentate, the concave sternum II which may have a tiny pit filled with setae, and by having the head and mesosoma clothed with black setae. Female . Unknown. Distribution . USA ( New Mexico , Texas ); Mexico ( Coahuila , Durango ). Remarks . This species is known only from the male. It is characterized by having the last sternite dentate, a character that it shares only with D. vestita . It is distinguished from the latter by the head and mesosoma being clothed with black setae. This is a relatively common species. Approximately 40 to 50 specimens have been examined.
