Distribution —western Zambia , northern Namibia , Okavango River system in Namibia and Botswana , southern Angola ( Haas 1936 : 34 ; Connolly 1939 : 554 ; Pain 1961 : 23 ; Brown 1994 : 54 ). Remarks . Both Connolly (1912 : 257, 1939: 554) and Pain (1961: 23) stated “ Type in Zurich Museum”; however, neither identified an actual specimen and therefore neither constitutes a lectotype designation ( Code , Art. 74.5).
