Male:
Forewing length 9.0–11.0 mm, hindwing length

. Abdomen pale brown and slightly sclerotized laterally. Sternum 9 sclerotized, pores thick, with a sparse patch of long horizontal hairbrush medially (Fig, 2). First cercal segment swollen basally, with an inner sclerotized protuberance; slender, finger-like and slightly curved outward, with a small terminal spine (

). Aedeagal sclerite V-shaped, as described by
Uchida & Isobe (1989)

Female:
Forewing length 12.0 mm, hindwing length 11.0 mm, body length 10.5–11.0 mm. Coloration similar to male. Subgenital plate highly reduced, anterior margin appears indistinct (Fig, 4).
