Pygofer with single macroseta at cephalo-ventral angle of lobe and 1 macroseta at junction area with anal tube (

Remarks:
This new species is similar to
A. wolongensis
sp. nov.
but can be distinguished by the aedeagal shaft with a pair of subapical processes which are shorter, and the preatrial process being shorter.
Etymology:
The specific epithet is derived from the Latin prefix “
sub-
” and Latin words “
apiculus
” and “
fixus
”, referring to the aedeagal shaft having subapical processes.
