Ten specimens were collected in Panama (Volcan de Chiriqui ), and one specimen was collected in Guatemala (Chinantla). Both localities are listed by Gorham (1884) . The male specimen bearing two “type” labels is here designated as the lectotype . The other ten specimens are designated as paralectotypes .
