MATERIAL EXAMINED. — 6 trunk vertebrae (Béon 2004 LT 75). COMMENTS This species is clearly characterized by the marked anteroposterior extension of the hypapophysis and by the overhanging anterior and posterior edges of the neural spine. The species was previously reported only from the middle Miocene (MN 6) of Sansan ( France ).
