Type locality: Vietnam , Lao Cai , Sapa, large waterfall on road from Sapa to Lai Chau Material examined. 1 male ( ICYZU ), China : Guizhou Province , Zunyi City , Chishui, 1995.VI.9 , Yu-Zhou Du . Distribution. Vietnam (Lao Cai); China ( Guizhou ). FIGURE 3. Kamimuria curriei male. A: habitus, dorsal view; B: head and pronotum, dorsal view; C: abdominal terminalia, dorsal view. FIGURE 4. Kamimuria curriei , male, everted penis. A: dorsal view. B: lateral view. C: ventral view. Remarks. This species was originally described from Vietnam by Stark & Sivec (2008) . The head pattern of the male, the dorsal terminalia, and the prickly lines on the endophallus agree well with figures provided by Stark & Sivec (2008) . The type specimens were collected on May 8, 1995 , in Vietnam , Lao Cai , Sapa, near a large waterfall on the road from Sapa to Lai Chau . Our specimens were collected in Guizhou , China , on June 9, 1995 , just one month later. Sapa is located in the northern part of Vietnam , belonging to Lao Cai Province and bordering China . Chishui City in Guizhou Province is situated in the southwest of China , and the straight-line distance between Sapa and Chishui is approximately 700 km . This geographical proximity may result in similar climatic conditions in both areas, which could influence the life cycles of many species, including their adult emergence periods. We provide clear color photographs to aid in the identification of this species, which is the first distributional record in China ( Figs. 3–4 ).
