Duolandrevus (Duolandrevus) bannanus Zhang, Liu & Shi, 2017
Duolandrevus (Duolandrevus) bannanus Zhang, et al., 2017: 590
Holotype
information
. Type locality:
China
,
Yunnan
, Xishuangbanna. Deposited at Museum of Hebei University (
MHBU
),
Baoding
,
China
(not examined).
Remark.
After observing some specimens of the six species of
Eulandrevus
, we found they have hind wings. But these are small and undeveloped (almost reaching posterior margin of metanotal gland), and entirely covered by the forewings. Therefore, we suggest other species of
Eulandrevus
might possess this feature. Regarding species of the subgenus
Duolandrevus
, their hind wings are conspicuously longer than metanotal gland, but the species
D. (D.) bannanus
which was originally placed in this subgenus does not possess this feature (whose hind wings not longer than metanotal gland).
