COMMENTS
: Mathews cited his catalog number of the
holotype
in the original description. This was apparently his only specimen from
Victoria
. In addition to Campbell’s field label, Mathews and Rothschild type labels, it also bears a yellow ‘‘Figured’’ label, indicating that it was illustrated in
Mathews (1920a
: pl. 386, opp. p. 170, text pp. 172, 174), where it is confirmed as the type of
exsul
.
