Wing:
Clear, slightly yellow-brown tinted. Lower calypter rounded and upper oval, both white. Knob of halter yellowish-white, stalk and base light brown.
Abdomen:
Heart-shaped, tergite 2 2x width of tergite 4. Grey brown pruinose in ground colour, yellow at base of tergite 1, and anterior lateral margins of tergites 2, 3 and 4. Hypopygium not protruding.
Postabdomen:
Posterior margin of sternite 5 strongly indented, and bearing most setae (
Fig. 22A
). Hypandrial arms directed outwards, basal lateral margins grooved; postgonite inconspicuous; aedeagus membranous (
Fig. 22B
). Cercal plate fused; bacilliform process tooth-shaped; surstylus very broad at base and thin at apex, weakly connected to epandrium. (
