In two separate regions: A narrow zone along the Middle and High Atlas, beginning south of Azrou and reaching up to Essaouira at the Atlantic coast, and a small area in the east near Oujda which presumable continues up to the middle of Algeria (Fig. 28). Diagnosis. Well characterized by the life history, the lightly coloured thoracal nota with only few dark dots in both sexes, and the structures of the male T7 gland and subgenital plate.
