DISTRIBUTION .— This species occurs in lowland rainforests from Cameroon and Equatorial Guinea to Central African Republic and Democratic Republic of Congo. In Equatorial Guinea , it has been recorded at the type locality, and at Monte Alén by Lasso et al. (2002) ( Map 4A ). COMMENTS .— This is a poorly known species. Amiet and Goutte (2017) provided an account including the call spectrum. SPECIMENS EXAMINED .— No specimens were found in the collections examined by us in this study.
