Description.
♀
. Apterous; body length
1.7–2.4 mm
. Head brown-reddish, except mandible, clypeus and anterior region of frons yellow; antenna yellow-brown; pronotum brown-reddish; mesoscutum yellow; rest of mesosoma brown-reddish or black, except distal extremity of propodeal declivity yellow; petiole black; metasoma brown-reddish; legs yellow, except club of profemur brownish. In specimen from
Madagascar
, Morondava, head and mesosoma completely testaceous-reddish. In two small specimens (

km of R 315 from Malmesbury to Darling, body totally yellow-testaceous, except petiole black. Head (

) excavated, shiny, unsculptured; frontal line complete; occipital carina incomplete, only shortly present on sides of lateral ocelli; POL = 3; OL = 5; OOL = 15. Palpal formula 3/2. Pronotum shiny, unsculptured, not crossed by transverse impression or very slightly impressed (

). Mesoscutum without lateral pointed apophyses (

). Metanotum sloping anteriorly, about coplanar to mesoscutellum, with sides rounded. Metapectal-propodeal disc shiny, unsculptured, with or without track of median longitudinal furrow; propodeal declivity, meso- and metapleuron transversely striate. Meso-metapleural suture obsolete. Protarsomeres in following proportions: 8:2:3:7:13. Enlarged claw (

) with one small subapical tooth and 4–6 peg-like setae. Protarsomere 5 (

) with inner proximal serrate region and one row of 12–15 lamellae; apex with 6–8 lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/0/1.

. Fully winged; body length
1.6 mm
. Head, antenna and mesosoma black; metasoma and legs brown. An- tenna filiform, with antennomere 3 less than 3 × as long as broad (4:2); antennomeres in following proportions: 3.5:3:4:4:4:4:4:4:3.5:5. Head swollen, shiny, granulate; frontal line absent; occipital carina absent; POL = 6; OL = 3; OOL = 3; temple distinct; vertex with smooth ovoidal shiny area situated between eyes and lateral ocelli (area surrounded anteriorly by strong prominent process). Palpal formula 3/2. Mesoscutum dull, granulate. Notauli incomplete, reaching approximately 0.5 × length of mesoscutum. Mesoscutellum and metanotum shiny, finely punctate, unsculptured among punctures. Metapectal-propodeal disc and propodeal declivity dull, reticulate rugose. Forewing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein longer than proximal part (8:4). Dorsal process of paramere (

) short and slender. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
