TD: Naturalis, Leiden. Distribution in India : Sikkim , Assam , Khasis, Bombay , Nilgiris ( Strand 1920 ). Elsewhere : Indo-Australian tropics ( Holloway 2003 ). HostPlant: Shorea and Dryobalanops ( Dipterocarpaceae ) ( Robinson et al ., 2001 ). Remarks : The distribution of the species in the Indian region needs updating as Holloway (2003) and Strand (1920) also treated further two Indian species N. spreta and N. minuta as N. pumila .
