Moths were reared from Yona, May 12, Machanao, June 30, Orote Peninsula, Sept. 1, Swezey; Piti, at light, Aug. 13, 17, Swezey. One specimen at U. S. National Museum and one at Bishop Museum, Fullaway, 1911. Described from New Guinea . Recorded also from Samoa and Society Islands. In Guam we reared it from leafroller caterpillars on a species of Ficus with narrow leaves. The young terminal leaves were rolled and fastened together, and the caterpillar fed within. They were sometimes very abundant.
