Figs. 1 , 7–9 ; Description. Male. ( Fig. 1 ) Body small, surface pubescent. Head slightly narrower than anterior margin of pronotum; frontal rostrum rather obvious and about 1.4 times as wide as scapus; eyes large and protruding forwards; 3rd-5th joints of maxillary palpi distinctly elongate, 5th joint straight at apex. Pronotum transverse, strongly widened posteriorly, about 1.9 times as long as width of posterior margin, anterior and posterior margins straight. Tegmina extending to apex of abdomen, present with one oblique vein, mirror slightly elongate, about 1.3 times as long as wide; wings absent. Fore tibia with a large and oblong external tympanum, about 2.0 times as long as wide; internal tympanum absent. Hind tibia with two internal apical spurs longer external ones. Supra anal plate narrowed posteriorly, posterior margin narrow and round; dorsal area with a transverse impression in centre. Subgenital plate rather wide, slightly narrowed posteriorly, posterior margin straight, with a small protuberance in middle. Genitalia ( Figs 7–9 ): lateral lobe of epiphallus slightly longer than medial lobe, bent upwards apically, not narrowed in dorsal and lateral views, serrated at upper and lower margins; endophallus apodeme long. Female. Unknown. Coloration. Body yellow, dorsal area of pronotum slightly light. Dorsal area of head with 4 darker longitudinal stripes. Apex of hind femur with a small dark spot on inner and outer sides respectively. Measurements (mm) . Male: body 5.7–5.8, pronotum 0.9–1.0, tegmen 4.0–4.1, hind femur 4.5–4.6. Type material . Holotype ♂, CHINA , Hainan, Ledong, Jianfengling, 15.XI.2005 , leg. Hao-yu Liu. Paratypes : 2♂ , same data as the hototype. Distribution. China (Hainan). Diagnosis. This new species is related to A . longiapodemalis Gorochov, 1987 , but can be distinguished by lateral lobe of epiphallus not narrowed apically in dorsal view, serrated at upper and lower margins. Etymology. This new specific name is derived from Latin bi (two) + serratus (serrate), a reference to lateral lobe of epiphallus with two serrated margins (upper and lower margins).
