Lang Songyun, 23; Mêdog, 20.VIII.2006 , coll. Lang Songyun, 1Ƥ. Diagnosis. Wing pattern: O. andrema is very close to the brown form of O. obtusa dejeani . The brown oblique line from the fore wing apex to the middle of the hind margin is broader than in O. obtusa dejeani . The margins of the cell are decorated with white spots on both wings of O. andrema , which are absent on the hind wing and only visible as indistinct white dots on the forewing in O. obtusa dejeani . The female genitalia have a large strongly sclerotized lamella antevaginalis, and an elongate corpus bursae. For comparison of the male genitalia to Oreta vatama see under that species. Distribution. China (Tibet), Nepal . Remarks. Three specimens from Mêdog (Tibet) have identical wing patterns with O. andrema , but the male genitalia differ slightly from those of the type specimen: the posterior margin of the uncus is flatter, the median process of the gnathos is more expanded basally, the valva is broader and shorter, and the saccus is broader and flatter. Nevertheless, we treat them here as O. andrema , since we do not think these differences sufficient to warrant the description of a new species.
