This species was identified from the Weser River near Minden, 
<collectingCountry id="F374EBBAFF9EFFBF3BAF1CF28C7466D6" box="[986,1092,645,671]" name="Germany" pageId="52" pageNumber="53">Germany</collectingCountry>
. It is distributed in Europe and western Asia. Therefore, 
<collectingCountry id="F374EBBAFF9EFFBF39AE1CDF8A54668B" box="[475,612,680,706]" name="Afghanistan" pageId="52" pageNumber="53">Afghanistan</collectingCountry>
is not included in the natural distribution range of the species. Many of the newly identified species have been misidentified as
