Instantly recognizable by the dark brown femora and by very narrow yellow lateral band of elytra, occupying only one external interval and with large stair-step apical spot. Description. Body length 8–9 mm . Dorsal surface with dense yellow pubescence. Coloration of head and pronotum metallic green with golden overtones on the disc. Mouthparts, antennomeres and legs yellow, except dark femora and antennomeres IV– XI. Ventral surface black, strongly iridescent. Head shiny and smooth in median portion, densely punctate near eyes and on occiput. Pronotum strongly microreticulate, dull. Punctation on disc very dense and regular, punctures separated by less one their diameters. Lateral margins very narrow, metallic. Elytral striae narrow and minutely punctate. Intervals flat.
