has been known so far only from Cold Fork of Cottonwood Creek locality (Campbell
et al.
2008
) that is Albian in age (see locality #
2 in
Kiel et al,
2008
b
). Here we report a specimen probably belonging to this species from the much older (Tithonian) Paskenta seep site. More specimens from this locality are needed to support this preliminary identification. Campbell
et al.

) mentioned fragmentary ‘
Neomphalidae
