Etymology.
Daweishanensis
(Lat.): referring to the locality (Daweishan) of the type specimen.
Description.
Basidiomata annual, resupinate, adnate, without odor or taste when fresh, coriaceous, up to 10 cm long, 5 cm wide, and 150
µm
thick. Hymenial surface odontioid, slightly buff when fresh, and buff upon drying. Margin sterile, slightly buff, and 1 mm wide.
Hyphal system monomitic, generative hyphae with clamp connections, colorless, thin to thick-walled, frequently branched, interwoven, 1.5-4
µm
in diameter, IKI-, CB-, tissues unchanged in KOH.
