Five individuals and one egg from the same MR sample (Table 3) were analyzed. Animal and egg morphologies corresponded with the original description for the species (
Bertolani & Rebecchi 1993
). Three specimens showed ocular spots while two did not have these structures. Mean body size was 752 μm (SD 199), range 594 to 1078 μm. This species is considered cosmopolitan (
