Diagnosis.
Length: 3.50–4.00 mm; width: 3.00–
3.30 mm
. Form circular, dorsum convex and glabrous. Head yellow in male and black in female, pronotum black with lateral flanks yellow, elytra black with three yellow spots on each elytron (

). Female genitalia (

) with a long, tubular and twisted infundibulum, spermatheca (

It is superficially similar to
O. sexareata

(treated as a synonym of

recorded it from northeastern
India
(
Meghalaya
). It appears to be a rare species for
India
.
