Head black, except mandible testaceous; antenna tes- taceous; mesosoma black, except tegula testaceous; metasoma brown; legs yellow, occasionally with metacoxa basally brown. . Notauli incomplete, reaching approximately 0.4–0.5 × length of mesoscutum. Mesopleuron with anterior surface rugose and posterior surface smooth and unsculptured. Metapleuron rugose. Metapectal-propodeal disc with transverse posterior keel, reticulate rugose; propodeal declivity with two complete longitudinal keels; median area mostly smooth, with some keels around margins; lateral areas rugose. Forewing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein much shorter than proximal part (2:
