Remarks: Kaim et al. (2008a) suggested that Humptulipsia might belong to the Hokkaidoconchidae , but without providing evidence for this opinion. Due to the lack of new data, especially on its protoconch morphology, the genus is here provisionally retained in the Abyssochrysidae .
