Tonkinia mirabilis Mabille, 1887 , by monotypy. Diagnosis. “Shell depressed, lenticular, thin, transparent, glass-like, of 3–4 slightly convex, somewhat shouldered whorls. Last whorl turned upward, with peripheral keel or angle. Colourless. Embryonic whorls smooth, subsequent whorls without regular sculpture. Aperture solute, irregularly quadrangular, nearly horizontal, with a little thickened, expanded margins and small parietal lamella. Palatal margin with thickening. Umbilicus wide, perspective” ( Schileyko, 2000 ). Distribution. Northern Vietnam .
