Diagnosis . Recognized by its larger sized body and long appendages; yellow longitudinal stripe on inner lateral side of antennal segment I; wide and exposed mesoscutum and scutellum, with dark lateral margins and rough surface; broad white transverse band of hemelytron obscure on claval commissure; reddish brown cuneus; and form of male genital structures. This species is superficially very similar to H . albofasciatus , or H . linnavuori , but can be easily distinguished by its larger body and form of male genital structures ( Figs. 5 C, 10I ̄P).
