Mandible extensively dark red, with base and apex blackish; forewing slightly infuscate at apex, with a small irregular and narrow brown substigmal spot and a small irregular brown spot on middle part of B; metasoma reddish-brown, with T1 and T2 extensively reddish-orange and petiole blackish; occipital carina wide, lamelliform, 0.5 x diameter of an ocellus; A3 8.3 x longer than wide; A4 14.0 x longer than wide, and 1.7 x longer than A3; pronotum with a weak anterior tooth-like process on lateroventral margin; hind basitarsus 14.0 x longer than wide, and slightly longer than tarsomeres 2-5; pretarsal claw with four tooth-like processes; metasoma with petiole elongate and slender, 2.0 x longer than wide.
