Description.
A branched unarmed undershrub to 2 m, vegetative parts glabrous or sparsely adpressed pilose. Leaves sessile, caducous, 0.5-4.5

0. 1 mm, filiform, acute, entire. Flowers (1-) 5-6 in pedunculate, terminal and axillary cymes; peduncles 2-7 (-11) mm, pubescent; bracteoles 2-3

1 mm, lanceolate, acuminate, base clasping, appressed to the calyx, pubescent; pedicels 3-7 mm, stout, pubescent; outer sepals 4-6
x
2-2.5 mm, broadly oblong, mucronate; inner sepals obovate, abruptly narrowed to a mucronate apex; corolla 1-1.2 cm long, white or pinkish, deeply lobed, midpetaline bands pilose; ovary pilose; style pilose, divided 3-4 mm above base, stigmas c. 3 mm. Capsule not seen but presumably pilose. [
