( Fig. 54 ) Diagnosis . Setae chb absent. Setae v 2 and sc 1 vestigial. Setae c 1 absent. Dorsal idiosomal setae not thickened basally. At least prodorsal shield and hysterosomal tergites C and D with distinct subcuticular reticulation. Setae ( pl ) on tarsus I, ( tc ) on tarsi II and III , and tc’ on tarsus IV spatulate distally. Two pairs of aggenital setae. Apodemes 5 short. Material examined . Four females, date, locality and collector unknown. All specimens are deposited in the collection of the Tyumen State University Museum of Zoology , Tyumen , Russia . Remarks. This species was described from Honduras ( Lindquist et al . 1990 ) from the beetle Neoathyreus mexicanus . It was also recorded from Costa Rica from Neoathyreus tridentus ; El Salvador from N. mexicanus ; Honduras from N. cf. excavatus ; Guatemala from N. interruptus and N . mexicanus ; and Mexico from N. interruptus ( Lindquist et al . 1990 ) .
