Stratigraphic and geographic distributions.
Palaeozygopleura vaneki
is a common species only at its
type
locality. It was also found on the west slope of the Kvĕtnice hill, NE of Hostim (about
20 km
SW of Prague), also from the Chýnice Limestone. An additional occurrence of
P. vaneki
was recently recorded by Radek Labuta (pers. comm.) in the Chýnice Limestone of the Za kapličkou section near Bubovice.
De
Baets
et al.
(2010) reported an occurrence of
P. vaneki
from the early Emsian strata of
Morocco
.
