Diagnostic characters (female).
Body length 5.0 mm; antenna with 41 segments, vein r of fore wing 1.5 × longer than 3-SR (

A); hind trochantellus very slender, length of hind trochantellus about twice longer than hind trochanter measured; length of second metasomal tergite 1.1 × its basal width (
Fig. 13
B), second and third metasomal tergites coarsely punctate (
Fig. 13

Coloration.
Body reddish in female (
